This program will be available on 2 different dates:
1- From 27th November (Friday) to 2nd December (Wednesday)
2- From 4th December (Friday) to 9th December (Wednesday)
We invite you to spend this lockdown period in a 55ha Estate, immersed in the montado, with Alqueva Lake in the background. This program was created respecting the portuguese government restrictions and recommendations.

Description of the Program
Day 1 - Friday
We suggest you to start the weekend on your way to Montimerso, stopping in Évora: its well-preserved historical center is one of the richest in monuments in Portugal. In 1986, the historical center of the city was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
From 2pm - Early Check-in
In your suite you'll find a welcome kit with fruit, tea and slices of homemade cake, as well as a COVID-19 Kit with masks and hand sanitizer.
Enjoy the afternoon for a massage in your room. Choose the one you like the most from our menu and end this experience with an herb infusion. (this activity isn't included and needs to be booked in advance)
4:30pm to 5:30pm - Tea Time
We invite you to join us in the Ergofocus Room for a comforting 5 o'clock tea.
To eat: pastry, the best cheeses and meats from the region, fruit skewers.
To drink: tea, coffee, milk (additionally, you can choose another beverage option from our honesty bar menu (not included))
7pm to 10pm - Dinner
The dinner is served in the SkyScape Restaurant, with a fixed menu (with Starter, Main and Dessert). This menu was specially created to bring to you the best local cuisine and traditions, prepared in partnership with one of the main restaurant in the region, Sabores de Monsaraz. The menus will be communiated later, upon check-in. (beverages not included)
Day 2 – Saturday
8:30am to 11am - Breakfast
In Montimerso, breakfasts are fresh and long-lasting. There's the smell of warm bread, natural juices and the best local products. Take a seat and enjoy, with time, the start of the day in this montado. Because of COVID-19, breakfast won't have a buffet: everything will be served directly at your table, and you can choose from the breakfast menu what you prefer.
11am - Visit to the village of Monsaraz (aprox. 60min)
We prepared a visit, accompanied by a local guide, to the village of Monsaraz. Discover this magical village and learn about its hidden gems.
We propose that, for lunch, you enjoy a light meal in our SkyScape Restaurant, or take a pic nic with you for lunch wherever you prefer in the Estate. (not included)
4:30pm to 5:30pm - Tea Time
We invite you to join us in the Ergofocus Room for a comforting 5 o'clock tea.

3pm– Suggestion of Activity
Seize this afternoon to enjoy a horse ridding experience along our Estate, ending with a meat and cheese platter, accompanied by a glass of the best wine from this region (this activity isn't included and needs to be booked in advance).
4:30pm to 5:30pm - Tea Time
We invite you to join us in the Ergofocus Room for a comforting 5 o'clock tea.

The meeting point is in the Central Patio, for a special evening around the bonfire, with a glass of regional wine!
Day 4 – Monday
8:30am to 11am - Breakfast
In Montimerso, breakfasts are fresh and long-lasting. There's the smell of warm bread, natural juices and the best local products. Take a seat and enjoy, with time, the start of the day in this montado.
11am – The art in your hands (aprox. 60min)
Guided visit to a pottery in one of the biggest and oldest pottery centers in Portugal, São Pedro do Corval. This visit is followed by a pottery workshop. Who knows, maybe you'll discover a hidden-talent! (your piece will be given to you, or delivered to your address after its baking).
We propose that, for lunch, you enjoy a light meal in our SkyScape Restaurant, or take a pic nic with you for lunch wherever you prefer in the Estate. (not included)
3pm- Trail around the Estate
For this afternoon we suggest you choose a trail around the property, to get to know the Estate

10:30am – Roadtrip around the Alqueva Lake
We suggest that you take this morning to discover the villages around the Alqueva Lake, highlighting Aldeia da Luz, where you can visit the museum and discover the history behind this constrution
We propose that, for lunch, you enjoy a light meal in our SkyScape Restaurant, or take a pic nic with you for lunch wherever you prefer in the Estate. (not included)
3pm – Suggestion of Activity
We're in the wine-growing region of Alentejo, so one of our proposals is to schedule a wine tasting with us in the SkyScape Restaurant, accompanied by a oenologist (this activity isn't included and needs to be booked in advance).

Until 5pm – Late Check-out
This program is limited to the booking of 10 suites (two thirds of the total occupancy), to ensure that all of the recommended social distance is respected, as well as to guarantee the best efficiency of the Safe&Clean procedures. For breakfast and dinner, it will be required, upon check-in, that you choose a schedule, in order to avoid the maximum occupancy of the SkyScape Restaurant.
