SkyScape Restaurant
In the SkyScape Restaurant we serve breakfast, light meals during the day and dinners, accompanied by a panoramic view over the amazing Alqueva Lake.
Here, we choose local, seasonal and fresh products. Honest Food, Real Food. We serve at your table the tradition from Alentejo, and the recipes that caracterize this region, adapted daily by our chef with the best products from the season.
Our breakfast was designed for sustainability, looking to respect our planet resources. Therefore, we believe in giving out the most satisfaction to our guests, always having in mind waste reduction.
Breakfast
(served everyday from 8:00am to 11am)
Montimerso's breakfast is served at your table with the best regional products.
Light Meals
(served everyday from 1pm to 3:30pm)
Platters, light meals to share and a glass of the best wine from Alentejo.
Dinners
(served from 7pm to 9pm, from Thursday to Saturday)
We serve at your table the Alentejo and Portuguese tradition in the delicacies that characterize us so well.
Reservations are required and you must choose the delicacies to taste until 22:00 of the day before you plan to dine, in order to fulfill our Zero Waste goal!
We care for the serenity of this space, so that all our guests can enjoy a peaceful environment and good coexistence. For this reason, we know that we can count on your collaboration to keep Montimerso quiet and to ensure that you wear suitable clothing and footwear in the restaurant as well as in the common areas.
We do have room service, although we really appreciate welcoming our guests to the Skyscape Restaurant or Honesty bar. This service has an additional cost of €10/service.
We cannot store, cook or heat food for our customers in our kitchen. Additionally, it is not allowed to consume food not provided by Montimerso SkyScape Country House in the common areas.
We accept, on request, the occasional consumption of wines or other alcoholic beverages brought by our guests, however there is a cost of Food & Beverage Service (5€/ service) to ensure delivery, collection, washing and disinfection.
Taking into account the latest measures (May 2021), the Skyscape Restaurant continues to prepare and serve all meals ( breakfast, light lunches and dinners "chef's suggestion") in the living room or terrace, complying with the occupancy and distance rules defined by the Portuguese state and recommended by the General Directorate of Health.
