When you leave Montimerso, head towards Reguengos de Monsaraz, where you'll be able to see a town that's overflowing with calm. Keep pedaling towards São Pedro do Corval, where you can learn all about the process of working with clay in one of the village's potteries.

Continue on to the small village of Telheiro and let yourself be enchanted by the flavors of the SEM-FIM restaurant.

Once past Telheiro, head towards the river beach of Monsaraz, where a dip in Lake Alqueva is always welcome.

Then climb up to Monsaraz Castle and learn a little about the beautiful medieval village.
